John Gregory Garratt, George Washington University
Originally from Ellicott City, Maryland, John Gregory Garratt earned his Bachelor of Arts (2009) from Elon
University and is currently a fourth-year PhD student at George Washington University, who will be researching in
Berlin from 2013 to 2014 on a DAAD long-term research grant.
