William B Roka, University College
William B. Roka earned his bachelor’s degree in East European history from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies at University College London in 2008. He completed his Masters in International Peace and Security at King's College London in 2010. After volunteering at the National Archives at New York City and the South Street Seaport Museum he was inspired to pursue independent scholarship of his life long interest in maritime history, especially ocean liners. He currently also works as a freelance researcher for hire and writes a history themed blog at WilliamRoka.com
