Julia McClure recently completed her dissertation “Inventing New Worlds: A Franciscan Reflection.” Starting July 2013, she will work as a postdoctoral fellow at the Weatherhead Initiative on Global History at Harvard. Her fields of interest include global history and the history of poverty.
